Fearing the removal of Former Attorney General Jeff Sessions would enable the president to end the Mueller investigation, On November 8th, 2018, protesters flocked to lafayette square in Washington D.C.. across from the white house, crowds held signs and chanted "no one is above the law" to signify their support of the Mueller investigation and their disdain towards alleged moves by the white house to end it.
